Instructions
Oligonucleotides are often supplied dry. The specification sheet provided by oligonucleotide manufacturers often contains the following information:

• nmoles synthesized
• mass amount synthesized
• OD₂₆₀ units synthesized

When provided with one of the above pieces of information and either the sequence or the length of the oligonucleotide, this calculator will determine the molecular weight of the oligonucleotide and how much water or buffer to add to make a solution of the desired concentration.
