MessageAmp™ II - Bacteria Master Mix Calculator
NOTE: This calculator was updated in April 2009 to coincide with the release of a slightly modified kit protocol (version "B" of the protocol). Only the "labeling" IVT Master Mix recipe was affected by this update.
